OEM International acquires Scapro AB’s component sales business.

OEM Electronics AB, a subsidiary of OEM International, has 2011-06-01 acquired Scapro AB´s component sales business.

The acquisition will add an important product range to OEM Electronics as well as new competence.

Through this deal OEM Electronics expands the product range and strengthen the market position, says Urban Malm, CEO of OEM Electronics AB.

The acquisition is an asset deal where OEM acquires stock of goods, equipment, customer- and supplier deals as well as intellectual property.
